Came here for baby delivery. Genuinely nice hospital, friendly well trained staff, very clean, equipment well maintained. We had an excellent experience at the maternity ward and could not recommend it more. One thing we took note of was the motherly love the staff showed towards babies. One of the best hospitals I have seen.

A week ago I did medical check up in Mediclinic Worcester. My result is already released but I need it to be sent via email. Now I'm not in South Africa anymore. Because the clinic said they don't have medication for TBC.Please help me. I really need the result of my disease. So, I can get my medication as soon as possible in my country. Please send me the result via email. I really need this. I only can get medication in my country if I have result with me.I sent email to this clinic 2 times but no answer yet. Now its been more than 1 week for me without medication. Please send me via email.

Some of the nursing staff treat patients like they are working at a state hospital and do the patients a favor by treating them (also dismissive when telling the there is something wrong with medication comparability and medication causes pain)....also stand around at the nursing station and chat constantly (including gossiping about patients) and attitudes are shocking taking into consideration that this is a private hospital which charges very high rates. Educate your nursing staff....its delplorable. There is a wonderful nurse at casualties though but not orthopedics

The stuff is very negligent.I was very disappointed that Racism still exist in this era.I must say that this facility lacks interests for client.I do not recommend it.Its every disgusting and exceptionally a Sanctury or a portal of Hell. The staff just stand, have charts and gossip at client's.Theres a black Sister in the Medical Ward Yoh the attitude she has.

Upon arrival at the hospital the reception staff was amazing. I need to express my gratitude to the nursing staff and dr J du Toit for their excellent service in the patient emergency ward. The manner in which they attended to me was wonderful.

I couldn't believe the carelessness of staff. I went to the clinic with my dad to go visit my grandma that went in for high and then low sugar as she is a diabetic. The amount of times we had to ask the staff to do something about her low or high blood sugar before they actually did anything about it is totally outrageous. Then there was another elderly patient in the same room (don't know her) at one point she needed help with something but she couldn't find the nurse call button (because it was at the back of the bed out of reach) so I stood up and pushed the button for her. Same with my grandma's nurse call button totally out of reach especially for someone that can't get up fast enough to get to it. I mean what if nobody was there to push the button for a patient and something seriously is wrong and the staff is to late and the patient dies. Nurse call buttons must clearly with no doubt be placed by a patients bedside within hand reach of the patient.

I was rushed there with a dodgy gall bladder that needed to be removed. EVERYONE was incredible and extremely efficient and thorough.Communication between the ambulance and Constaniaberg was excellent.I was so impressed. Thank you to everyone there.

I had the privelage of being hospitalized in the ICU and ward D for a total of 14 days recently. What a great bunch of caring staff members. From the cleaners to the kitchen staff, nurses and doctors. A special thanks to sister Jeanne Hudson of ICU, sister Nadine from D ward, radiology, pathology, the kitchen and of course Dr du Plessis for making sure I get the best treatment possibleame

Worst medical care any person can get if you are lucky to get any at all. If you press the button to call for help they will only come to you in 40min. They also write in your personal file that they gave you your medications even though you haven't received any at all. Then it is a struggle to finally get your medicine. The doctor isn't that great either. When doing morning check ups she didn't even look up from her file, didn't listen or even tried to make a connection. It doesn't matter how much you complain or explain how much pain you are in the only thing they can do is give you stronger medication, they don't look into the problem. In the end you are better off somewhere els.
