The Cleaning Brothers

I’m highly disappointed with the service recieved. I took two maternity dress in on Monday to be dry cleaned and one to be altered slightly with the promise that they would be done by Wednesday. With no sms recieved on Wednesday, I went in on Thursday to collect and they still weren’t there. After some back and forth that I needed the dress that day, dry cleaner eventually dropped off one of the dresses 10 minutes before my photoshoot after suggesting I go fetch it myself from their head office?? The 2nd dress was only “ready”on Friday.When unpacking the 2nd dress, the alterations that I had requested and paid for had not been done and I’ve had to take it back and leave it there for further time. Which means during all this time, my clients haven’t been able to use that dress, included in my packages, which makes me look unprofessional.When starting the initial discussion with Charmaine, I said I have multiple dresses that will need dry cleaning on a regular basis and she assured me they could be done within 24 hours and I was excited to build a good relationship with the cleaning brothers. At this point I’m frustrated that so much of my time has been wasted and that I haven’t received professional service whatsoever.

Excellent results and service, sent in my imported tall riding boots for new zips, not even a trace of over stitching, the work on the boots was perfect, the gentleman who altered my tops was excellent. Even my sheets they managed to get whiter than white, fantastic team, really happy.

By far the most professional drycleaner to date. They took care of my blazer and pressed it amazingly. Thank you Charmaine for your service

Ally's work is excellent - he has done many alterations for me - just recently he made me a dressing gown having copied the pattern from my old gown.I find the service very pleasant and professional

I called in to ask explicitly if they could clean satin shoes, the receptionist assured me that they could, when I dropped off my shoes for dry cleaning I again mentioned that I don’t want any material sticking up, and she assured me once again that they know what they’re doing and giving me information about how the material gets dirty quick and that it doesn’t like water. I paid and left, and when I had returned after having to wait for her to get the shoes ready, they were damaged. The satin looked like it was scrubbed and the leather from the sole had bled out (indicating that they saturated it) and so I pointed it out, and she repeated what I could obviously see. She said she would ask her boss how to try and fix it and call to let me know. I didn’t receive a call, but I told her when id be back to collect them as I had a trip, but I couldn’t collect it the day we had arranged a week ago, but I went to collect them the following day. The shoes were in a worse state, and they had been heavily brushed once more. I was speechless after telling her they were even worse as she was trying to explain, and I left with my damaged shoes.She should have said directly that they aren’t able to clean satin. You should not tell your employees to assure your customers of a service they cannot perform. I am very disappointed and upset by this. You’ve damaged my shoes.

Took my shoes in to be repaired and got them back looking brand new. Would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent customer service from Ronaldo at The Cleaning Brothers. I was very late to pick up my laundry before an international flight (which I needed my laundry to pack for) the next morning. The store was long closed but Ronaldo was kind enough to drive 30 min out of his way 2hrs after the store had closed, to open up so I could collect my laundry.This was an excellent experience for my first time using The Cleaning Brothers and I will definitely be back.PS: I am 90% certain that my wife would have divorced me if I hadn’t managed to collect the laundry (which was my only job in preparing for our holiday), lol. #TheCleaningBrothersSavesMarriages
