The spa is a perfect escape from the busy day to day life. I really didn't want to come back. From the moment I set my foot in Bakwena spa I knew I was in paradise. The environment, the lovely staff, the treatments and the facilities get 100% From me. The only concern I had was pre packaged lunch. But everything was on point, the snacks and drinks. Wow thank you Bakwena Spa. I will definitely visit again in 2021.

This spa is amazing. The staff is great and welcoming. The treatments are affordable and enjoyable. They like having specials during Valentines day, Mother and Father's day and also Winter and Christmas specials. They also offer breakfast and lunch and their lunch was fantastic. You won't regret going.

Excellent place if you want to indulge in a relaxing day! One of the most tranquil and enjoying spas i have ever visited. The staff was super friendly and well experienced! Lunch was amazing! Atmosphere relaxing!! All in all it was truly money well spent!! Do yourself a favour and come for a full day spa!!

The place is okay. Nothing stands out as a spa. The staff are kind and courteous. It lacks the feel that most spas have. If you happen to go there please take towels with because the ones there are disgusting. There is also a contaminated river that flows through and the stench is not so great. In winter prepare to be cold because it takes a while for the place to heat up.

Loved it. My second time here. Had an awesome day with the girls. Lovely place for couples, ladies and kids also. The food is just so good. You will eat yourself silly here especially if you spend a full day. The therapists and staff are all just amazing. You will feel special, no matter the occasion.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only people there. The buffet was very good as was the champagne. Later on we were also surprised with a snack platter and complimentary drinks. Captain my Captain.Getting spoiled was amazing. The Therapists are very efficient and friendly. I was so relaxed that i actually fell asleep on 2 occasions.If you want to have an extremely nice day, this is the place to go to. I would highly recommend Bakwena Spa.
