The doctor's services are quite good no complaints so far, but the overall service with regards to communication is very poor, so disappointing to say the least. Firstly, I had to be the one calling them to find out about my blood tests results after a week of waiting when they had said the results will be communicated within 3 days. Kept on saying they will send the results via sms but nothing came. Had to call again to ask for my next maternity appointment date when they had again said they will let me know but weeks passed. Then on the appointment day, I went there and the place was already closed at 5pm wn my appointment was for 6pm. Myself and another lady were standing there confused. No prior communication to even let their clients know in advance that they would be closing early tht day. Tried to call both contacts none was going through. Really, how much does it take to call or even send SMSs. This is very poor and unjustified especially for a fairly considered private clinic

I called them yesterday trying to book a date and fhe lady told me they only open at night and its so confusing because on the site the close at 7pm.. Very poor service

Bad service,lady at the front desk have no respect, and is very rude. 1st she speak rude to me and secondly she walk out while I aking her a question. I'm very disappointed in the service.
