Lionel did his best and came up with a solution, I love how he interacted with me and made me realize where the problem was, not to mention how friendly he is, good customer interaction is key for him, my washing machine was strangely defective and overjumping when in use. Thank you very much.

Samsung had to request the company to come out 3 times after they sent the technicians with incorrect parts twice.On the third attempt the technicians were able to fix my television and Aqeel Philani were very helpful and efficient. Grateful my television is fixed after 3 weeks of back and forth with Samsung.

Possibly the worst service we have ever received. Receptionists are great, however their great service cannot make up for the technicians and management. Their technician's will actively stall when you contact them until the end of work hours to avoid attending to you. Take your product somewhere else if it needs to be repaired. Even if insurance or a warranty wants you to use these people, rather pay someone else as you'll waste more time and money dealing with this crowd. It's a shame google forces you to actually give them 1 star.

This company are the worst people I ever dealt with, my washing machine nearly 2 months, and samsung not very helpful

Terrible service doesn't even come close to describe their work ethic.Umklomelo was contracted by Samsung to repair my fridge, however after 3 visits my fridge is still not working.Before they pass the buck and blame it on job cards or Samsung, here is a short history of what happened:02/02-When they first contacted me they said they are just waiting for parts and would be in contact within 48 hours06/02-I call them 4 days later and i;m told the parts will arrive that day and a technician will be in contact with me within 24h (I reiterate the fact that I need time to arrange my work so I can be at home)09/02-Spoke directly with Samsung, told that the parts arrived on08/02 and they will be in contact today (Thursday) or latest Monday14/02- Contacted Samsung again 'Technician will call out tomorrow' Nothing happened15/02- Contacted Samsung - It's been escalated, yet they will call out today. Still nobody shows up16/02- Umklomelo Technician finally calls me - 'we are 20min away from your house' I rush home only for them to say they don;t have the right parts. We arrange for the 20th20th comes and they 'repair' the fridge again, yet after they leave it still doesn't work-Company then asks me for the proof of Purchase - only to send me a call out quote of R1856.20 to assess the fridge02/03- They call me and apologize, there was a mix up, we'll come through tomorrow03/03 - You guessed it, nobody showed up06/03-Report this to Samsung, however Umklomelo claims they tried to contact me, yet no calls, no email, no WhatsAppThen they just show up at my gate later in the day with no appointment, no arranged time, pure luck that my wife got off work early that dayThey 'fix' the fridge and by some miracle - the fridge still doesn't workIf this company is assigned to do your repairs, rather just take it to someone else and spare yourself the trouble and frustration. I asked Samsung if a different repair service center could be assigned to me, they refused. They had no respect for my time, they made countless empty promises and I wish to never deal with them again.

Was referred to them by Samsung. Samsung said they will get to me within 3 working days. They arrived after a week and only because I became very demanding. Sent a completely incompetent person who literally did not know how to switch the machine on that he was meant to fix. Did diagnoses with his manager listening to the machine over phone. When I questioned his competence with their office, they said they’ll come back to me, only to tell me that he ( the incompetent one) said his assessment was correct. Took very long again to ‘get the parts from Samsung’ Then day 1 arrive with the wrong part, next day install incorrectly. Only sent someone competent ( a month after initial request) after all the at. Terrible, disrespectul customer service and limited skill to actually do the work they claim to be able to do.

Very helpful, highly communicative, and oh so accommodating. Couldn't recommend them enough!
