Wow! Most amazing coastline! The cliffs looking down onto the ocean far below is absolutely mesmerizing. Lovely walks and awesome hosts!

Gary and Sue are friendly and very hands on. We stayed 2 nights, but it felt like we left family behind on the day of departure. I couldn't find any fault. They gave attention to every little detail. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning place. Tranquil. Beautiful hikes. Views are incredible. Joe the toe guide (dog) is amazing. If I could, I would stay there for weeks. The gravel road leading to the lodge is bad, but totally worth it :)

Stunning location with great amenities and super friendly host. There are some lovely short energetic hikes with spectacular cliff and sea views. Highly recommended but spend a minimum of 4 days. Lots to do in the area (50km radius) if you like the outdoors.

We had an amazing stay in the main house for our honeymoon. We really appreciate the effort Sue made for us! She had prepared an awesome gift pack of cookies with candles for us. What a spectacular place, with breath taking scenery. We will be back!

This place consists of 2 small cottages and main farm house. We had the place all to ourselves. The view is beautiful and accomadation has a clean, homely and cosy feel to it. The walk down to beach is steep but nice and secluded. Also has a small woodland area. Favourite part was Joe the dog who will be your guide on walks and while swimming in ocean. This is a lovely stay. It's like having your own little part of the dolphin trail.

Comfortable Specious accommodation Amazing viewsFriendly hostsIf you want to get back to nature or just relax and enjoy a good book, if you want to walk on the many trails looking out for the prolific birdlife as well as the resident bushbuck as you climb down to the secluded beach, you will be enchanted by this beautiful place

What a phenomenal breakaway spot where you can embrace the quiet of the mountain gorge and beautiful flowering proteas, as well as the busy shore breakers of the rugged coastline. With views, the helpful guidance of Joe Cocker (he's a legend) and a roaring fireplace, Bishop's Cove is not to be missed!

Excellent place, full of birds, beautiful fynbos areas, a stunning beach and very comfortable accommodation. In the top 5 of places we stayed in the past 20 years
