So....First time at Umfula Wimpy.The lady that greeted us upon arrival (after a five minute wait) was not very friendly.Secondly, all available tables (because of Covid) were not cleaned up and ready for new customers.Thanks for the good shakes... One extra star for that.So needless to say, I am very surprised by all the 4 star reviews.

I would like to thank Wimpy at Umfula Engen for making my Women's Day SUPER SPECIAL on Monday, 9 August.Your restaurant and its staff are very welcoming.I would like to commend you on your well trained staff and clean restaurant. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations and the food is delicious.You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.I will definitely be seeing you again soon!

Poor service in the early mornings, at around 6am. No petrol attendants present to assist. Happened now a few times

Very clean store. It is well maintained. Easily accessible. Really fast service. A bit annoying having those tire cleaner guys trying to sell you their products as you enter the Engen. there is a wimpy inside for convenience and I am sure that has fed a ton of people.
