Product was exactly like the pictures posted.It was well packaged and there was a very simple minor assembly that was required.The service was excellent.Product quality is very good. Will definitely be purchasing other products in the future.

The furniture I received is exactly as on the photo. I collected and assembled it all on my own. All I needed was an electric screwdriver and a few hours of free time. It is not the BEST Quality furniture, however it is not exactly the most expensive, either. The owner of the company is helpful and available.2 weeks later: I am adding a side note, 2 weeks later. I am really enjoying the sideboard and display cabinet i bought. Its really making my office a place I enjoy.

BEWARE!!!!Date: 11th April 2023Waiting for a refund since the 11th of November 2022This company is eager to take your money but will not deliver what you order.Please be wary before purchasing from Fine Fellow Furnishers. I have done business in the past with them, and it went well, however since the business has had financial troubles, it has been an absolute nightmare.Mirwaan will promise you the world, but will not deliver.Purchased the Quincy J. WIde Velvet Tufted Convertible Sofa in the colour: Bunker BlackOn the 11th of November 2022, we however received a light gray couch instead. I informed him immediately once delivery had been made, that the colour we received was incorrect, only for him to inform us that the colour we ordered was out of stock, however weeks later was still available for purchase on his website.We also informed him that he can collect and process a refund since he had no stock of the item we required. He kept trying to convince us that we should keep the colour as it would work in any space. However we informed him that we prefer the colour we ordered for our space and would like a refund since he had no stock. Mirwaan then agreed to process the collection and refund.This is where the battle began. Promise after promise to uplift the goods, with no success. I managed to get into contact with his Mom, who then assured my family and I that by the 15th of December 2022, the goods will be uplifted and we would receive our refund. However that too was no success. It was a constant battle of my family and I having to beg him constantly.Please take note, he ignores messages and calls, and on the rare occasion that he replies, you will only recieve excuse after excuse.He eventually uplifted the couch on the 3rd of February 2023.But unfortunately our battle is still not over, we are still waiting for our refund. Today is the 11th of April 2023.Timeline:11th of November 2022 delivered15th of December 2022 assured us refund and collection will take place3rd of February 2023 collection took placeNo refund yet

Very happy from The services of Fine fellow furnishers.. ordered a beautiful mirror dresser- first one arrived broken, guys took it back and returned with a perfect item on the 2nd try.. absolutely love it!!! Thanks for the efforts and speedy delivery

this company is a literal scam. please be aware and careful.I have ordered and paid for furniture. the website is down now.I've exhausted efforts contacting them - to no avail.no money returned to me. no furniture ever received.do not spend thousands on here as I have. it is a scam.

Not impressed with this service at all. We placed an order and they asked us to arrange collection with courier. Once we had proceeded to do this, we were contacted by Fine Fellow Furnishers to inform us that the order had been sold to another customer. This is totally unacceptable and unfortunately has left a bad first impression.
