I've waited 22min just to get a beer after the manager showed me to my table and gave me a menu.I'm surely not going to order food.Last time me and my family visited this branch was early 2021 due to the service and atmosphere once you address something in confidence.Otherwise the food is amazing, playpark is well supervised and your belongings are safe while leaving your table for a bit.Date 05/11/22

The service was terrible, the staff is slow, I waited a long time for my food. The food was even more terrible, not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this spur to anyone

Compliments to the kitchen for getting my challenging order correct. Waitress was phenomenal with her warmth / service and understanding. However what stood out for me was the manager with green dyed hair just don't think it should be part of the grooming standards. In general I always love going to the Spur in Observatory. Service is always excellent.

Been visiting this spur since they opened. The staff are friendly.The food isn't always up to standard however If you have a issue they are happy to assist.My kids love the play area

We waited for over an hour to be served. Waiter kept on passing us before she came to take an order. Food very expensive now. Not worth the money.

Wow this is a good place to stop for breakfast incase you forget to have some while you were at home, so don't stress just pop in by spar and receive the same good service they provide all their customers.... Excellent service from the staff and they very friendly and helpful keep up the good service looking to my next visit with you guys
