Unlimited data great price reliable and stable data

An absolute nightmare to deal with. After two years as loyal customers, we got stuck without Wi-Fi for over ten days right over the Christmas period. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our entire festive break has been spent trying to deal with this company and their disgusting attitude. No accountability, no sincere apology, no proactive communication from their side, no sense of urgency. Avoid at all costs if you want a reliable ISP and proper customer support.

ABSOLUTELY WORST ISP I have ever come across! Zero customer service and zero accountability by Nexus for poor service. I have never received such bad service in my entire life.I suggest that if you want constant access to internet and great customer service, DO NOT sign up with Nexus and go for another ISP.

Gaming and Live streaming couldn't be better

The service is pathetic and they Nexus inform you that a 2 year contract must be taken to ensure you receive wifi service. When services are required then the so called director refuses to call you or he ain't available, but just not pay the provider then they quick to call. I have now had the worse experience from a provider that initially promised that they available at any time one calls but when you do call, no one can assist, REALLY PATHETIC.Even worse you must continue with the contract for that's the requirement in the area I reside and nexus is the only provider at the time of taking out the contract.VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
