Petzone Polofields Crossing

Our 2 male bunnies Thor and Loki outgrew each other and started a sibling war (keeping in character). We refused to re-home them hence we set out to find a bunny hutch to keep them in the same environment but apart. We shopped around and nothing materialized until we walked into Petzone Polofields. I saw a bunny hutch and visualized some adjustments and Julio knew exactly what I wanted. He facilitated the process and sent our new design to the manufacturer. Within a week it was absolutely exciting to take delivery of a perfectly made hutch to accommodate Thor and Loki comfortably. My Polofields Petzone experience was pawsome. The staff and management are not only friendly but also very efficient. Thank you Julio and team for excellent service. Now Thor and Loki can Marvel at their new home.Lynn PillayMidrand

Store is poorly stocked or always out of stock for essential items as well. Service levels need attention, as in comparison to Westpack next door, there is a massive difference. Has potential though, but needs proper management and training.Service here is inconsistent even after affording them the opportunity to rectify their shortcomings repeatedly. As mentioned previously in a post its a poorly managed store. Also the manager there is ill equipped to deal with customer concerns and has a dont care attitude. Will not be going back there.
