Hi, l have been trying to get hold of someone on the number provided on your website to no avail.I purchased a few T shirts from your branch on sale in December and after one wash they have a whole lot of little holes in the front.I would like an explanationI actually live in Pretoria and was on holiday in Capetown, that's why l couldn't revisit the store

This is a neat store offering whatever you need. I guess the service depends on the time you visit and the person you talk to. Usually factory shops are cheaper, but this place is somewhat different. So you better check the product online as well before you purchase. Though it's mostly made in China, the quality seems acceptable.

Same as the other stores, they do have a good mark downs at times. Oh and a friend had forgotten their purchase there for several days, and they were able to recover it, what a way to ensure the serenity of the your customers...much appreciated!

Terrible service from staff on the floor! Did not ask if they could assist. Had to go and look for them. Once I found them, they not friendly or helpful at all. I told the lady at the cashier that they should train their staff to be more helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience on Black Friday. Absolutely no logic in how many they let in at a time. The shop wants 50 people at once, when 10 people leave the store, does it not make sense to let in 10 more people rather than making everyone wait for an unreasonable time. Obviously someone's thumb sucking and they don't even know how many are in the store.
