Loud, only spot you can park your car and enjoy an Oceanview without leaving your car in Durban CBD. Police presence every 5 minutes, no alcohol permissible while parked in a braai area designed for leisure. R5 to use a decent loo in a delapidated shopping strip mall. Only reason to go here is a lack of more costly options... Great view, great location but it's operation needs a relook...
