After 15 years of faithful service the fan of our water distiller was on the way out, as evidenced by a high pitched whine. We took it to Go Natural, requesting replacement of the fan bearing.Three weeks later we get it back together with a bill for R900 (1.5 hours labour) for cleaning and servicing". Conspicuous in its absence on the invoice is any mention of replacement of the fan or fan bearing. Consequently
