Excellent. All my goods in car were returned. Nothing stolen.. I had a lot of bumps on my car that was removed without extra cost. My petrol in my tank was still there.

Sent in VW Amarok for a few bodywork and paint repair claims. Unfortunately bonnet paint repairs had marks that required paint to be redone and one cracked plastic panel not replaced (assesors fault it seems). 2 months later I would also discover the inner bonnet cover missing. Many businesses promise good service but its when things go wrong that u see their true colours. Here I can gladly say Progress stood by their work and corrected all oversights incl bonnet cover replaced and bumper panel, at their cost and ensuring my comfort and no quibble, which is unusual in this industry. Thx to Kelly for her prompt service and help!! Will definitely use them again. 1* deducted for the things that did go wrong.
