9 Dec:After a horrible experience with individuals at Ultimate Stationary I said that needed to be said with no harsh words. Did the reviews and moved on. This morning I received a phone call, again from the owner but ignored the call. Then a text message apologising, including my order and a suitcase with no charges. This takes a lot from a person/company. I am surprised to be honest but also truly grateful for the apology never mind the rest. They even went out of their way by getting the one item that they waited for. Thank you!!!!!!Now this is excellent service and would recommend them to anyone. A people's person company with great value for money!_________________________I was insulted and screamed at by the owner when I asked the employer when my order will be delivered as it was late. Just before that I received an email saying they are just a bit very busy. When is busy an excuse for service delivery? Apparently I was rude to the employee. My colleague heard our conversation and said nothing rude from my side. When we (me and the employer) agreed on a time of next Wednesday when they have stock again as they are waiting on the supplier the owner phoned, screamed at me and said I must take my R200 he does not need it. I must take all my referrals as well and will not be allowed to order from them again. Not that I ever want to. Staff friendly and items cheap

It has been a great pleasure buying stationery from the Ultimate Stationery team. They are professional and cordial. I love how affordable the prices are!!! I most certainly appreciated the consistent manner in which, the status of my order was communicated to me. Will not be getting stationery anywhere else!!
