Cape Town Inverters

I bought a converter from Cape Town Inverters and i got my inverter today ...i will highly recommend Cape Town Inverters..thank you very much for your good service.!!

Chris was extremely helpful today. Heavy Loadshedding takes its toll on all appliances including batteries and inverters. Chris and Cape Town Inverters came to the rescue for me, today.

Stay away. Bad expereince. Manufacturing trailers and trying to sell inverters on a sideline.

EDIT: Had someone reach out to me after a while, explaining some changes that they had with employees. Understandable that during a pandemic, things probably don't work as they are always expected to. Once we were in contact again, Chris was efficient in coming around, taking a look and getting a quote to me. The service was certainly an improvement and I appreciate them coming back, apologising, and trying to make things right.One of the poorest service minded companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Twice we set up times for a meeting for them to come and give a quote. The first time, they were a no-show, I had to reach out to them to find out what happened. No reason given, but I did give them another chance and rescheduled. The 2nd time, again, a no-show. I reached out again (after having not heard from them, again), but this time never heard back. In a country where unemployment is high, businesses are struggling through a pandemic and things are generally tough for everyone, I am happy to see that at least things are going so well for some companies that they just flat out treat potential customers this way. If you are looking for inverters, I would recommend looking somewhere else.

Service and Staff are top notch. Will go back again...
