Sleep Easy Hotel
Great location offering budget accommodation, few meters to points of attractions like V&A waterfront. If they can just improve on managing the place and revamp their furnitures this would be the best place to be in town. There's really potential to it.

Rates are excellent, but there was too much noise during the night. People talking, laughing and the lift is a nice toy for most of the people but the sound of the lift is annoying. Room nr 5 is full of cockroaches and needs to be fumegated. Felt like I was in a hostel.

First of all the service is very bad, the workers come in to you room without knocking. You cannot use your iron and you must pay them extra to iron your clothes. The rooms does not look as tidy as on their website. The aircorns doesn't work and the bedding is not even clean. I was literally itching the whole weekend. SLEEP EASY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!

It's a safe venue with all you need for a short stay in Cape Town, but the management and workers couldn't really care less about you.The hallways smells like smoke, we had to beg for toilet paper as it wasn't replaced in 3 days, the air-conditioning was out of order, the shower leaked so much, that the whole bathroom was wet after a shower and its not a new issue as the bathroom door is rotten because of the water already.

Dumpiest in the entire cape town civilized area. stay away, unless you are a street worker it is a good spot, easy access for sure.

We had a wonderful stay.If you are looking for a full buffet breakfast and full dstv, this is not the place for you.Who wants to stay in the room and watch TV when on holiday, not us!If you want a safe, clean, casual and comfortable place to stay, this is it.Centrally located this is our go to place, and we are from Cape Town.

Room had mold on the roof.Struggled to get the remote for the aircon (as if they don't want you to use it).Dirty pillow casings (pen marks for example).Good price for the location (we stayed there for the 7s rugby in Green Point).

This hotel needs to take it's customers serious, it's becoming more of a health hazard. It requires a complete revamp, I mean it is situated in the perfect area. I took my friends there, and I was really disappointed. So called Studio Family Rooms, with very small beds and bathrooms.Plugs are open, water mixers are not working properly, only 4 TV channels, tiny fridge, dirty windows and a bad odour all around the building. The whole building has 3 floors, about 24 rooms yet only 1 kitchen. It's a mess for a hotel to be directly opposite to the Greenpoint Stadium.

My friends and I had the worst experience at this shady place called Sleep Easy (Far cry from the name). Firstly, the rooms are nothing close to the online images. Our rooms had leakage stains on the walls, with holes as big as a thumb poke. The damp carpet smell is one of the worst. When we complained, the owner/ manager (Asian man) was rude and selfish. Even his staff complained about the treatment they get from him.

Most staff are fun. It's comfortable however facilities are not up to scratch. Lighting fixtures are burnt out. Only 1 towel per guest. Friend amongst many things. Its okay if you need a quick cheap place to stay.
