I bought the 2 large pizzas for R100 special. The pizza was terrible. It was dry, no source on the pizza base, and the dough tasted like it was previously frozen.

Everytime I want to order Romans they never have pan/thick base pizzas anymore! Disappointing because the other Romans in PE still have thick base pizzas but they are too far to drive to. Please could this issue be resolved!

Placed order - when I arrived at the store to collect, noticed that my order had been placed on a rack, getting coldWhen I mentioned this to the clerk, he just laughed in my face.Pizza was ice cold. Poor service, bad experience which I will share with everyone I possibly can.Franchisee needs to be hands on one get rid of entitled staff. Poor reflection on your business.

Tried for an hour to phone and place an order. Keeping on dropping the call in my ear. Eventually went into the store to place an order.... Had to wait for 45mins. Really pathetic services. And the person helping me had an attitude, probably because the phones are next to him and he is not answering. I informed them about my trying place an order via the phone and did not even try to appoligize for the inconvenience.
