I placed an order with Decor Essential and was informed that Firdaus is on top of my order that was placed on 21/04/2023. The item that marketed on the website they did not have stock of these items or could not source these items. A credit note 25/04/2023. Then on 03/05/2023 an email requesting my banking details. Which I replied to on the 03/05/2023 with my details. Followed up on the 05/05/2023 and was told they did not receive the banking details. Resent the previous email and was confirmed that they received the details and they will process my refund. Today the 10/05/2023 this is still not done. Very disappointing service received.

My saleslady.was Zarah she gives me excellent service. I asked for them to instead of 3.1m make my tablecloth 3.3 m and they do it for me for free and quality of that damask material is worth every cent.
