Great service from the host, unfortunately the TV options are very minimal, the area is not walking friendly due to the large stones everywhere, not wheelchair or elderly friendly, and the cleaning staff needs training. There is a beautiful pool and braai area to which the lodge supplies the wood and charcoal.

It looks very beautiful and then you enter the room (which is also nice) and find that the wash basin is loose. There is tea on the small table but no coffee, sugar or kettle. Getting warm water for a shower is impossible. There is also no microwave. The pillows could just as well be rocks. No this was not a nice stay over.

I booked on an Thursday an place for the Sunday....upon arrival with my family....they told me....there are no place for me and my family....the dissappoint on my childrens face was heartbreaking....will never ever go there again or told friends and family about them?

very beautiful setting, beautiful rooms, low rating unless they can sort out the gas water system, cold showers are not my thing.

Struggled with water to bath, no towels, only one pillow TV not user friendly didnt want to connect, assistant dont know how the TV WORKS and parking is a problem.

I haven't personally been a guest because I stay very near to it.It's so beautiful I sometimes wish I was a guest. It's a definite + to stay here.Compared to other guest Houses in Postmasburg this is probably the best and most beautiful one of the lot!!!

Don't answer. Booked on the road for the next day and was confirmed I had a booking and the invoice would be sent the next day. Next day waiting to be booked in. Was informed after confirmation there is no space available. This is not how you do business.
