Reconnect Day Spa Pretoria

Very bad service, will never recommend anyone to go there.. The pretoria branch to be specific, dirty oily towels, dirty gowns and sleepers.. to top it all, I booked mother and daughter package for my daughter's birthday that includes photoshoot, never got the photos and they say they don't know what happened to the photos they just disappeared, almost a month now they promised refund still nothing, they ignore my calls and messages.... very unprofessional bunch of people!!! They are BAD!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Dear ReconnectDaySPAIt is very disappointing to experienced the reception I received today 18-03-2023 which according to your website and package I paid upfront was to be VIP.Despite receiving confirmation of my booking 2 days prior there was no one at the venue and when I call was told I was expected to have told them if my booking. Anyway there were no therapist to do the VIP package nothing was set up and the venue was not clean and it appears tge facity was never expecting a paid customer despite reminders from their online teamI requested a refund be remitted back to my account as there was no service was rendered and customer experience was really not good at all. .Regards AM Muli

This place is beautiful, their service was so wonderful, the message was great. It was definitely worth the price. I'd recommend any day of to anyone

Went there on the 12th of April. I was helped by Nhlanhla. What a lovely lady is she. The place was clean and the service top tier. It’s basically 15 minutes away from Menlyn shopping center.

The service was excellent from Nhlanhla welcoming us to the massage,lol I even fell asleep.Keep up the good job.

The venue was spontaneously clean and stuff was very friendly and accommodating

Beautiful experience from arrival to departure. We had a great makeup artist,Mamsie and a brilliant photographer, Yolokazi- she really is good with people we had so much fun with our photoshoot. The full body massage experience with hot stone was rejuvenating. The team here understands customer service and multi-tasking. I would come back anyday.
