Never had such a terrible reception at a Dealership, where you’re forced to park at the end of the building while there's 20 open parking bays right across the entrance!!!

First it was the Brake Assist warning alert which I saw and informed them about while still viewing the car, they promised to fix it before i take delivery of the car which was not the case. Had to contend with them about the matter after buying and taking delivery of the car to a point wherein I took the car back to them so that they can ensure the warning/issue is permanently fixed.Throughout the sales cycle, I was informed that the car has runflat tyres ofwhich I only found out after taking delivery by taking it to Tiger Wheel & Tyre that all tyres are normal standard.The car was sold to me without runflat tyres fitted and while it does not have a spare wheel compartment for me to can buy a spare tyre.Thirdly, I paid an exorbitant extra fee for Licensing and Registration yet 3 weeks later no one calls me to inform that the Number plates and License Disc are ready for installation until I query it.Then you are being told that you have to come to collect them yourselves.This dealership is not customer-centric at all

I bought a Maserati from them in July of 2022. Firstly they FORCED me to sign the release note without even inspecting the car. Secondly they REFUSED to deliver my car. I had to arrange my own truck to go and collect the car, when the car got delivered to me it had less than 2L of fuel in, yes you read right, less than 2L of fuel… on a car that cost me well over R1m subsequently I couldn’t even make it to the closes petrol station. Thuy caused me to brake down in a multi million rand vehicle on the delivery day. Only to find out 1 week later that they sold me a car which has ZERO brakes. Took the car in for inspection at Maserati and was informed and shown proof that the dealer knew about the R200k issue on the car and said they will deal with it if i ever find out about it. I then told the dealership to pay for the repairs to which they refused, i then initiated THEIR own 14 day money back guarantee which they completely IGNORED i then went straight to the attorneys to enforce CPA, the dealership also does not care to enforce the NCA. This is the most rogue money hungry unethical dealership i have even come into contact with and would not wish my worst enemy to buy a car from them.
