I had an excellent experience with my audiologist at HEARing4u. From the moment I walked in the door, she made me feel at ease and listened attentively to my concerns. When I had to get my BAHA, she patiently explained the process and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her expertise, my hearing has improved significantly with the BAHA and I feel much more confident in my abilities. I would highly recommend Nici to anyone in need of hearing care. I was struggling to adjust to hearing aids. Overload of sounds, very overwhelming. Stopped wearing them for over a year. My hearing deteriorated even further. Found Nici Jansen van Rensburg, HEARING4U on Google search, she had good reviews, so I made an appointment. Nici has a wealth of experience and is an incredible Audiologist. Explained everything beautifully, without any false expectations. Setup of hearing aids are now giving me the best hearing experience possible. Thank you Nici for everything you have done to help me!

I have been a pasient of Nici's for many years, although I stay far from Kemptonpark, I always go back to her. The service I received from Nici and her staff is above and beyond, they even contacted my medical aid to get the authorization needed.The hearing aid I received is the best ever, I don't struggle anymore. I can even take my phone calls and listen to music from my cellphone.I highly recommend Nici and her practice.
