EXTREMELY dissappointed with the dealer principal JOHAN LONDT. Wanted to purchase a 2nd hand vehicle.Johan confirmed it was available.Referred us to Sales person Johan Coetzee who has excellent interpersonal skillsREADY FOR cash PAYMENT and vehicle to be deliveredReceived a call next day to inform us the vehicle was already sold when they did the deal with usSTILL WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION FROM JOHAN LONDT DEALER PRINCIPALSomething is not right at the top - for sure!!!!!

Waited for 45 minutes to see the workshop manager and still waiting. Not a good experience.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Nissan Uitenhage. I bought the top range of Nissan Magnite.The car is beautiful but the interior around the gear base should be improved.I am very happy.Regards,Mr. Alpheus Lekganyane

Bought a Np 200 from Yola , great service and gave me daily updates with the progress with the paper work / extras etc

Thid place and its peeps are just a super special bunch of magic workers. Nothing is ever 2 much and service out of this world. They made me feel like a million bux every time I was there... Got my Navara from them and it is one of my fondest memories of my life. If I coukf give 10 stars, I would have.

Honestly, the worst service I have ever experienced. I love my Nissan Bakkie, but now because of their blatant disregard for returning calls and providing feed back when promised I will never be able to purchase another Nissan due to their service.

Asking for the price of a new car

Staff are generally excellent however sales management ethics are questionable and unfortunately a fish rots from the head which is the rating given here. I was advised that a used vehicle was a 2020 model however upon my own investigation confirmed it as purchased Oct 2019. Bringing it to their attention, they profess its first registration was Jan 2020 and therefore that is the model. This mode of operation is ripping the public off and had to walk away from the transaction. A week later, the vehicle still on the floor - justice served

Very dissapointing service (sorry NO service!) recieved from Nissan EC at Uitenhage Road, PE.I phoned a week in advance for a 90k service on my Navara, and add that a fog light must pls be replaced and oil leak must be repaired as well. The service lady confirmed its a standard service at 90k, replacing only oil and air filters etc.On arrival the above was confirmed written on their Job card.A few hours later, NEC called, stating that they do not have the replacement fog light in stock (despite that being a specific request). NEC can only get the fog light after a few days at R3750 for the unit - crazy!!The oli leak apparently" justifies the replacement (sic) of a booster pump pipe and the time chain cover

Took my car in for a service and whilst waiting for the shuttle a very kind lady named Beulah Kerspay made sure that I was comfortable and offered me coffee. I would like to compliment Beulah Kerspay for her service excellence, Nissan Eastern Cape can be exceptionally proud of this courteous and kindhearted lady.
