I don't think I have ever met a more unfriendly and unhelpful manager, Hanlie. She didn't even look up when I greeted her. Never going back to this postnet even though it's the most convenient. She charged me for every single mistake I made that she could've helped me with. Highly unimpressed, I would even give it zero stars if it were possible.

Extremely taken aback that the charge to scan and mail 2 docs within about 1 minute is R20.. I have been to various Postnets and I have never been charged this much. I think it's incredibly steep and not justified. Will rather go elsewhere next time

They're convenient. That's about the best thing they have going for them. But you can get friendlier and more efficient service at the Post Office around the corner. This could be a great branch of Postnet but..... it's not.

Service is concerning - chewing of bubblegum whilst assisting customers, uniformed about input information on documentation and unfriendly.Kindly consider developmental training for your staff.
