My sister phoned 3 days ago to ask if they have off white mosaics. Woman she spoke to promised to send her a photo asap on Whatsapp, took her number. Not a word was heard from them again. I went there now and they have exactly what we wanted....but no one knows about the phone call on Sat. Astounding...Girl who helped me now also helped another customer...often just shouting across the floor whilst I'm still talking to her.Perhaps they need more staff on the floor....

I love CTM, but over the years this store still lacks in one major area: Their staff are arrogant and rude. Time and time again I’ve experienced the same treatment in this store. Take your money across the road to Tile Africa - you’ll get treated like a customer.

I made purchases on 07/02/2021 & 13/02/2021 at CTM Pmb and was assisted both times by NONJABULO GWALA. She is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She also has superb taste and helped me pick out the perfect products both times when I was unsure about what to buy and showed genuine interest when helping me. Thank you so much.

Service in the store is excellent , fast , and easyThe wait at dispatch. For 6 boxes of tiles. The warehouse staff , Just very slow.. service at dispatch is terrible.

I received the best service from this CTM, friendly staff and they are always willing to go the extra mile when serving people. They make suggestion when choosing colours for your bathroom and kitchen. I highly recommend CTM for midlands surrounding.
