Sadly, my first and last ever experience. My key point of contact did not communicate, take of my 5 my calls, neither did he answer any messages, nor apologize for the extremely late parcel delivery. When the driver eventually called at 17h28 (2 hours after my initial contact with the owner) he expressed that there was a mechanical issue of sorts with his vehicle. A common and unforeseen issue for which I would have been completely understanding, had they just communicated upfront. Unreliable, unprofessional and the worst courier experience I've had in a long time. Parcel was received around 18h30
