Medicross Langeberg Medical & Dental Centre

Patient areas for doctors, space very limited. Front desk personnel slow in assistance, at times one person available for different doctors, where more than one doctor has an allocation at reception. Calling and making an appointment is faster and easier.

Receptionist is clueless and has no idea what they doing. Booked an appointment and confirmed it over the phone then when we get there she says she didn't book it. Wasted an hour of our time and we couldn't even get a booking at another doctor. Miserable experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Medicross Langeberg. My 4yo had a day procedure in theater. Amazing staff, I honestly felt so at ease. Most amazing nurses! Thank you

I am a disabled person,with damaged legs, there is no visible disabled parking, so my husband dropped me off at the doorway. Yes, there is a queue but I wanted to ask if there are any seats, but I got ignored by the lady" doing the screening. As she called the next person My husband asked him to wait and I asked if disabled people were expected to stand in the queue. She just said yes and aske the next person to come. A medical center with no Disabled parking

The security guard who is screening everyone as they walk in, should be trained on how to communicate properly. He does not listen to one when you speak to him, and simply tells you to get in line....no matter what you're trying to explain to him. He was extremely rude when we visited today. As he is the first person you come in contact with, he should be trained better to have basic communication skills. Dr's were great though.

Dr. Trokis is very friendly, puts you at ease and extremely thorough and his receptionist Erinn Morkel is very efficient, I give her 10/10.

Dr Krynauw is wonderful! Been to her twice, last time was in so much pain. She really makes you feel at ease. The staff are amazing, her assistant and the ladies at reception are really fantastic. Will be going back regularly. Can not recommend them more!! Awesome work and thank you so much for everything.

Usually going to the dentist ranks in my top 3 worst / uncomfortable/ scary things to do. But now I found a really amazing dentist in Dr A de Villiers. Excellent bedside manner and really knowledgeable. I have complete trust in her when I am in that chair.

I went for a dentist appointment, asked the dentist to clean a stain off my teeth, when i got to the car and checked (after it was done) she removed a small bit, which tells me she COULD HAVE removed the whole stain. Imagine booking another session just to remove the rest? A rip off. She then said I needed other stuff to be done and will contact medical aid to see if they will cover this. A month later and NOTHING. I called every week and all they could say was that they are waiting on med aid. I then asked my broker to look in to it and a 2 days later it was sorted. So it seems no one there actually does their job. Go to another dentist rather.
