Never get feedback from the people working there. Got a new phone there about a month ago and it won't work like it should. I keep on phoning and they just keep on saying they will get back to me.

Service at vodacom is bad. I was assisted by a colourd guy i forgot his name. They are misselling their products.dont disclose everything to customers.i was supprised when my account was debited with an amount that we did not agree on as he added the extra's on my contract to get sales. And yet again he told me my debit order will start from the 1st of next month only to my suprise the account has been debited already. Guys please fix ur people.
