Great service, thank you! Having a brick and mortar shop in town is the reason I swiitched back to MTN. It's so much easier to get things done in person rather than over the phone to an anonymous call centre agent.

I have tried consistently all day to telephone this store. Even taking to calling the store next door to them to check if they are indeed open today - YES , but still, the phone rings and rings and rings. Its renders one speechless that such a large organisation can offer such poor service.

i applied for my contract almost two weeks ago and it got approved, i then asked for the iPhone 6s in rose gold, i was told it would take 3-4days the on the 4th day i decided to call and they told me my order got cancelled that i would have to wait again.i waited for another 4 days and when i called they told me they do not have my color at the warehouse. i was not called too be informed about the situation in any of the incidences the customer care is so shocking !!

Waiting months to upgrade a phone. 2 people in the shop to assist is insane!!! they never answer there phone. Seriously atrocious. Cant even give them 1 star
