Body Corporate is not in control. A beautiful place is slipping into a filthy place and hardly any lawn is left. The swimming pool is not in a perfect condition. Noise on site is regularly out of control. Where there is still some lawn left, weed is taking over - even thorns.

Zambesi is a very safe estate, security is very tight.It is very beautiful and clean.There is easy accessibility to all basic needs..There are lots of parking space..There is parking provided for wheelschair users as well..It's a nice place to grow a family, big space for the kids to play...

The litter at 21 Zambezi is disgusting. I have reported it, but nothing has happened. The exterior walls look terrible. There is often loud music and people shouting at all hours of the night.
