Renault Stellenbosch - Group1

So I sent my car in for a service, which was perfect, got it done within the day which was brilliant, but I got back my cars results and I need some things to be fixed immediately because it’s classified as super unsafe for me and for others on the road, so I asked them to email me a quote to get pricing to fix my car and I haven’t received one in 2 days and counting, even after I phoned them time and time again which they said they will, but it hasn’t arrived, so they risking my life and wasting my time of day, service is decent but has a lot to work on, they aren’t as professional as I hoped and from this will probably lost a costumer

I was highly impressed with the service of Renault Stellenbosch. I am a first time car owner and one of their sales personnel, Deidre helped me purchase my vehicle without any hassles. She was so kind and I am thankful and would definitely recommend Renault Stellenbosch!

This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a Renault dealership. My wife took our Duster in to them to attend to an error message that the injection required attention. They called me later and said they require R2800 to strip the front of the car to find the fault. I foolishly agreed. I tried to follow up 3 days later just to have a phone call never picked up and no communication from them over a 4 day period. Eventually we got through and they said they were waiting for a hoist and it would be another 2 weeks. A hoist? This rang massive alarm bells and I told them we will pick up the Duster and take it elsewhere. We then took it to the dealership in Somerset West to get it back the same day with a blocked intake repaired and the fault cleared at NO CHARGE. Never, never take your vehicle to Renault Group 1 Stellenbosch.

I was very sceptical to use Renault Stellenbosch after reading the service centre reviews. But I have been VERY pleasantly surprised.I recieved amazing service from the receptionist Jaylin, when I called and even better service from the workshop manager Morgon.I can safely recommend this service centre for anyone.

Paid a deposit on a key for a Renault Kwid in August 2022, and have not received a key to this date with last feedback in December. Absolute waste of time and horrible customer service.

Sales person ,Marius is very helpful and professional, therefore I will surely return to your branch in the near future.

This was the worst experience ever with any company. We went to the showroom and the salesman Eric Brian was very helpful. He told us that this chevrolet bakkie was a company bakkie and that they sell the bakkies and take them in again and sell them again. Only much later did we hear that it was a family member of Eric's bakkie that he was selling to us. We paid the bakkie in full on 13 May 2022. They promised us it was road worthy and all the services was done. Luckily my husband saw the last service wasn't done. They promised that they will service it at Speed where they have all their vehicles done.When Friday came nothing has happened so my husband went to see what is going on. Well, nothing has happened. No service, no number plates, no registration papers. Long story short. Eric wasn,t the helpful, friendly person he was on the 13th of May. The car wasn,t roadworthy and a lot more problems. In the end my husband went on I think round about 17th June to register the bakkie in his name and organised the number plates. Before anybody wants to do business with these people, please think a hundred times before you do it. You will be devistated. WORST, WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service I received at Renault Stellenbosch, I regret every day buying their car. They don't have decency just to call and inform me what is happening.

I am extremely happy with my vehicle service and great customer care received from Christel, will go back to them anytime!
