Had them in to install grass a year ago.Spent the weekend having to resow the lawn as majority of it had died. Found the ground prep they did" before laying the lawn was not done. Lots of gravel under the lawn causing root damage when walked on."

We had to replant our entire 650m2 lawn after Barretts Lawn installed it. Our lawn did not even last one season. They cut the old grass away, did not take roots out, did no soil prep at all, and all the old foreign lawn just came up the moment it was summer. We tried everything, but eventually had to replant the lawn ourselves, and do proper soil prep. They also had sods that was not Kikuyu in between, which caused a problem.There was an area of the lawn they actually lay sods on top of a patch where concrete was previously mixed.I feel very sorry for anyone else losing their money with this company, they don't even return your phone calls.We added a previous review to warn others, but the review seems to have gone missing...
