I couldn't be happier with my experience with Fitness Network! I was in contact with Basil Clark from the start of my product research to the end, when I placed my order. Communication was above and beyond any other company I've dealt with previously. Basil really endeavored to help in any way possible, completely exceeding my expectations and leaving no question or request unanswered. I even requested a late order change, and Basil assisted immediately with no extra charge!When I next recommend a gym equipment store to a friend or family member, Fitness Network will be at the top of my list. Update: My first off experience with purchasing the G3 was bit of a rocky start, but Basil has been able to make it a much more pleasant experience.A plastic guide kept popping out making the Cable Cross machine useless, but I'm pleased to say that Basil sorted it out very quickly.He gave me a call, gathered all the information he needed like the part numbers etc. and on that same day shipped the items to me.After sales service is something that is almost always an issue, but Basil has proven to go the extra mile for his clients, and I greatly thank him for that as it makes all the difference to me.I look forward to many years of using my Monster G3, and I will definitely be buying a few more items from Fitness Network soon.Call and ask for Basil, he will look after you ☺

Basil gave us excellent service and advice when we came to the store. The installation was a painless experience, and on time as promised. The BH Fitness RC09 is simply amazing. The touch screen works very well, and the quick set buttons for incline and speed are so easy to access and in the right position. The treadmill is well built and feels strong and sturdy. I originally did not include installation when I bought the product on the website, so I had to contact the company and everyone was super helpful and they all got back to me the same day and where very understanding and knowledgable. So the service was great all the why from the people in the office to the drivers and installers, and great service seems to be a rare thing these days so that was very much appreciated. Plus the I could not be more happy with the product itself, great quality and a bit more tech than even I expected. Really happy with both products and service
