Update: Our vehicle was repaired by RB Panelbeaters and its better than new! What an incredible experience! They gave us constant progress reports and interacted seamlessly with our insurance. A real pleasure. Well done!For now, I have only had an insurance-approved quote from Richards Bay Panel Beaters. But this was an incredible experience. With a drive-through quoting system, I was helped quickly and efficiently, with 2 friendly folk taking photos and recording the damage. They communicated extremely quickly and well with both us and the insurance company, and ultimately, the assessor. If your insurance will pay, I highly recommend them.

Vehicle went in for damage repair. Whilst collecting the vehicle we recieved poor service. We were literally given the keys and had to find the vehicle ourselves. No official joint inspection or hand over. The vehicles seats were full of paint, the dash was damaged, the roof was loose and the paint residue was found in the air vents. Seriously not impressed with this company
