I recently had reason to contact my Extended Warranty service provider Pinn Africa to lodge a claim. WOW. They were professional, efficient and went above and beyond to assist me to finalise my claim to get my car repaired. I had a burst tyre so I phoned them to enquire about the process of claiming. When I put down the phone the forms were in my inbox. I was told that if I submitted them before 12 that day they would pay by afternoon. I submitted just before 12 and by 2pm payment had been done to the service provider and I had proof of payment in my inbox. That's what I call outstanding service! All the people I spoke to were pleasant and professional. I am beyond impressed. That's the way to go guys!

Hi, I would like to compliment Pinnguard for fantastic service, specifically whilst operating under lockdown conditions. I needed to terminate my cover as I had fully settled my vehicle finance. Within 15 minutes all was sorted and confirmed, including processing a refund of my April payment ( which I was not expecting ). I never needed to claim against this underwriting cover and this gives me the confidence, that any claim would have been well dealt with.Well done to Chanel and Ingrid. Exceptional services received from this insurance company. It's truly the first time an insurance company reminds me to claim. Even at the end of my contract, a week back I was alerted that my insurance contract was about to end, allowing me to claim timeously once more.Their team went completely out of their way to make this final claim possible - including permitting me to have repairs done past the end of the contract.I am stunned to say the least. Five stars for client focus.

What a pleasure to have done Business with PinnAfrica. My vehicle was stolen more than two years ago. My claim was settled and my additional cover continued to go off. When my yearly premium was supposed to go up I realized that I never requested to cancel the additional cover. Upon cancellation I must say I never even considered getting anything back. Ingrid notified my about a back payment since my loss incurred. I received my premiums back. What a please to do business with people that really cares.
