I contacted Ben over WhatsApp, and received a very quick response. I had multiple questions regarding a microscope I was interested in and Ben was able to answer each and every question honestly. He provided me with fantastic service and even made sure to check that everything was in stock before I could make payment. Upon discovery that there was an 25x eyepiece that wasn't available he was kind enough to include an additional 20x eyepiece in place of the original and once he got the 25x eyepiece he included it at no extra charge. I was able to pay and collect on the very same day, although BennyZA does offer delivery, for those interested in using that service. I would highly recommend using BennyZA. Ben is super friendly and helpful and provides excellent service. It can be difficult finding legitimate businesses that deal quality laboratory equipment at a cost effective rate and Ben has managed to achieve that. I will definitely be shopping at BennyZA again.

They are very knowledgeable with their products, gave great advice, are very responsive to enquiries and keep you well informed on the status of your order.
