BERADER PROPERTIES (PTY) LTD

They manage the complex I live in and I will be addressing the Lack of service at my complex AGM and hopefully we can get a complex management company that actually cares and works for their moneyThey do not respond to emails, do not phone back. I have waited for over 1 month to get feedback on replacement of my geyser ( building insurance has to be done via them).The only thing they do right, most of the time, is send us our monthly levy statement and account.

I do not even know where to start with these guys and only wish you could give a zero star review, they have zero professionalism, the senior managers are incredibly rude and honestly have absolutely no clue how this business still exists. If you are looking for managing agent you should stay far away from these guys, if you believe their lies and still go ahead and sign up with these guys please give me a call when its all over and i will buy your first drink as you drown your sorrows.

Truly the most unprofessional and incompetent Managing Agent. As the saying goes a new broom sweeps, definitely the case here. Then they became very dirty. The attitude and responses or lack thereof has surely put the complex at risk. Think twice before you consider doing business with this company. They deserve no stars.

This is the most useless, inefficient, ineffective management company that exists. When critisized they become so defensive and refuse to help you and take cover behind the captured Board of Trustees saying that the emails sent to them are offensive. They engineer things so that they have the Board of Trustees at their beck and call. They don't apologise for their glaring errors.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! BEWARE THEY WILL WORM THEIR WAY IN AND THEN DESTROY YOUR COMPLEX FROM WITHIN.

Absolutely useless!!! They operate on red tape and bureaucracy. Takes them 2 weeks to just forward an email, and even then no action is taken. When called out on their inefficiencies, the staff and management became defensive and more concerned with my language, then the actual problem.I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. They would get a zero star rating, if it was an option, and looking at the other reviews here, my sentiments seem to be widely shared.

The worst of the worst. We've since moved out of the complex they managed but all the bad reviews about mismanagement, incompetence, defensiveness, rudeness etc is exactly what we experienced. These guys schmooze nicely at first but as soon as there's a query that requires a braincell or an issue, their true colours come out.

Really lovely service from very kind and patient employees. Always accommodating to my queries and willing to help however they can. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with this company is disappointing and they have no Zero interest in offering the service they claim they do.Their maintenance services are shocking, I moved in July and the apartment have lots of things that needed to be fix but I have been emailing and calling for them to come and fixtbe issues in this apartment with no response for the past months to date I have not received any form of feedback as to when they will come fix. I regret moving in in this complex. I shared the photos of the issues in this apartment including light fitting which is almost falling off the ceiling hanging in the bathroom which is a serious hazard and they have not acted on it to date. They just don't care I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

The most useless, non responsive, non caring managing agents I have ever dealt with. No phone calls are ever getting returned, debits on your statements they can't explain etc etc. If I could give 0 stars I would have...

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Berader Properties. They really took the time to listen to me. Very friendly and kept me informed at all times. They have always been willing to go the extra mile.
