DO NOT USE PRINTOFIX! We used them last year to fix one of our printers and it was fine. But then something went wrong with the printer again this year and we phoned Printofix again seeing that they have previously worked on the printer, firstly the guy that answered the phone had no manners. They came to collect our printer on Thursday, that next Tuesday I tried to phone to find out what the outcome of the printer is and no answer. I then sent an e-mail also no response. I thought maybe there is something wrong with their telephone lines and tried every hour for the next few days and still no answer. On Friday we decided to go to their offices as listed, just to get there and find out they were not there anymore. The security gaurd then told us that there is atleast one person per day that is looking for printofix, and says they stole their printer. I do not know how they could answer their phones the one day and the next it is like they dropped off the face of the earth. But please do not use printofix!!

I have used Printofix a couple of times, never use to have a problem with them.On Thursday the 1st of September I asked them to collect a printer from us as it needed a service. It was in working order, just making lines over the pages. Friday the 2nd of September it was collected from our offices, we asked the driver if he should take the cable and he said no its fine. Friday afternoon I was called and said that they need the cable. I was told that they will pick it up on Monday the 5th of September. No one came , on Tuesday the 6th of September I phoned and was told they will collect the power cable on Wednesday the 7th of September. On the 7th of September the power cable was collected.This morning the 8th of September I got a call from the owner, telling me that the printer is not working. I tried to explain that the printer was working, the owner started getting very rude, so I put the call through to one of our Senior Managers.5 mins later I got a call again from the owner and his words to me was: i will stick a 9mm in his ass.He now refuse to return our printer and started threatening us.I think this service is utterly unprofessional.DO NOT USE PRINTOFIX!!"

Worst Service! They were supposed to fix my printers on site! then they said they need to take them in to quote. They took the printers in and don't send me a quote. A week later I demand the printers returned to me and for them not to do any repairs. They finally return the printers an present me with an invoice for something completely unrelated to the issue! During my ordeal with them they could not be contacted via phone, email! Do Not Use!

Stolen. My printer was returned unfixed. I paid these guys R1000s. They have now taken my printer for repairs again and have not returned it. I was dealing with Nishal. This company is a hoax and have scammed me for money and my printer. I cannot reach Nishal via phone, cell phone or email. Does anybody have there physical address? They are not In Modderfontein.

WORST service I have ever received from a 'Repair' company. Brought me back a broken printer and charged me one grand for something that does not work. Completely Unreliable

This is clearly a one man show with a very rude lady that works the desk take wrong printers instead of on site repairs they take your printer and the after service suksbe warned be very warned
