Great product, caring company. Looks after their staff. An employee recently passed away. Cochrane Steel stepped in to help the widow, a sassa pensioner and offered to cover the funeral costs. A+Their fencing is also world class. Support them please.

Staff answering the phone cannot give you an estimate, after giving them the height and running meters that you require.Unfortunately the enunciation of their name was so bad that I just gave up to try and explain to a 3rd person to what we require.

Paid a lot of money and used their delivery and installer but our fence is horrible, all bended and the poles came all with screeches. The rep Jaco (who sold for us) does not take the calls and when he does he doesn’t give a solution. Don’t buy from this company!!!

Very poor service, we stood in front of closed gates for 1 and a half hours to collect stock, then had to drive 20 min to another site. The only friendly service we received was of the gate security guard that felt bad for us waiting so long. No communication from the office.It may be a good product but the client service from the office is pathetic!I would much rather buy somewhere else next time!

Pathetic company and the CEO treats everyone like his slave. This company intimidates its employees constantly and overworks them without paying overtime. Company forces employees to lie to customers just to get the contract.

Wish I could rate them - 10.Empty promises and no sales support.Lost contracts due to their inability to keep to their time frames for prices on fencing products.Rather support NJR where there is proper customer service.....
