I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to help me with an urgent hair cut. I did a scalp exfoliation and massage as well which was well worth it!

Carl is absolutely the best at hair extensions, can't rate him high enough! He's a master at it! Don't go to anyone except Carl. He really knows what he's doing. I've had many disasters in the past. I'm more than happy with my tape-in hair extensions.

Palladium Hair Company is genuinely the height of salon professionalism in the Cape. They have a really consistent, talented, and welcoming team of efficient people, who are incredible at haircuts and colouring, as well as styling, and the convenient makeup treatments also on offer here, the manicures and pedicures too.The Palladium experiences is lovely, because you can entrust yourself to the team, and not regret the care and finish they give you. This is a perfect place for a full pamper - to have everything done, and regret nothing as you exit.

I had a wonderful experience at Palladium. Initially, I had a detailed quote to determine the correct length, thickness and color match for the Easi Pro extensions, then the hair was ordered & the installation was done a few days later. Tamryn was very thorough in explaining the format of the tapes being installed as i’ve not used this kind of extension before. I often find hairdressers to not be the most relaxing experience. However, this one was an enjoyable one.

Palladium Hair Company is by far the best hair salon I've ever been to. After I had a terrible hair-tastrophe when I was much younger, I had pretty much been avoiding hairdressers. I decided that it was time to move on though, so I booked an appointment.When I sat down in Carl's chair at Palladium Hair Company, he instantly knew I was feeling nervous, and I must admit, I was very nervous. But my nerves were a waste - he carefully listened to what I had to say and reassured me that my hair was in very good hands.He continued to thoroughly explain every step of what he was doing and why (something I've never experienced when visiting other hairdressers), and as he cut my hair he made sure to show me that he wasn't cutting my hair any shorter than I wanted it to be (which is my biggest fear).Since that day, there's only ONE person allowed to touch my locks, and that's Carl. I trust him with my whole heart and I always enjoy the entire experience at Palladium Hair Company.The staff are incredibly friendly, the manicurist works with attention to detail and overall it's just always a relaxing and feel-good experience.If you're looking for an amazing hairdresser and hair salon, then look no further - you've found it!

To the man who changed my (hair) life - Carl!! What an exceptionally talented man - he completely transformed my colour and the state of my hair. Carl is a absolute perfectionist and I am so grateful that I found him and Palladium! Palladium became my home away from home for the 5 months I was in Cape Town! Everyone is so warm and welcoming - it was an absolute treat on each visit! The convenience of having your hair done while also having your nails taken care of by the wonderful Vivienne is just brilliant! I will miss you all! Can’t wait to be back again in December!
