DTM Helderberg

Took my Renault Clio to DTM on Monday with a noise. Diagnosed as my turbo requiring replacement.My car is still under warranty but Renault SA requires email confirmation from DTM to provide approval.Today is Wednesday and the warranty department from Renault has still not received feedback on their email request for information.We were informed by DTM that once approval is received, the part has to be removed and sent to Boksburg for review and only then will the warranty department provide authorisation to proceed. No one can provide me with a turnaround time but based on the above it could take weeks to complete!However, the process cannot begin until DTM responds to the email! I am 35 weeks pregnant and cannot be without a vehicle for obvious reasons - this information was relayed to DTM and still they couldn’t be bothered to action a simple reply to an email.I am so sorry that I made the decision for my first vehicle to be a Renault. Of course the sales service was excellent but the after sale service is atrocious.Update: Thank you for your response - should have bought myself Nissan. I discovered the problem - too many agencies and processes involved, none of which are beneficial to the client.

Nothing but poor service from Warren, does not keep you updated as to whats happening and full of excuses and poor attitude. Bakkie was brought in for 30000km service a week later engine seized due to no oil after service and it took whole month and half to get papers sorted for the new engine. Every excuse in the book was given on top of having the audacity to ask for fuel to drive to and from between dealsership and Police clearance station(Stukland). Unprofessional, poor attitude and unrelaible service. Real inconvienance.

What a great Company! From the cleaners to the Dealer principal, I've only had a wonderful experience dealing with DTM and Team, i bought two brand new vehicles from DTM helderberg, their service is outstanding, communication was on point! I rate five stars.

FRIDAY 4 MARCH 2022. Took my beautiful Nissan in for a service today. Warren and front service staff were amazing as usual. Unfortunately, not all the work I requested was attended to, to my satisfaction. Once my car as collected, found one of the issues was worse than when dropped off. Struggled for over an hour to get assistance froma Manager. Poor service lady was running back and forth trying to accommodate me. Kudos to her. I have NEVER been this frustrated and upset. I needed the certain issue to work properly, hence the day at the car spa"Finally after an hour a "Manager "came out and proceeded to verbally abuse me and took a photo of me without my consent

Purchase a second hand car from the dealership, Ulrich assisted me, what a pleasure dealing with him, sorry but the same cannot be said for the manager he is just plain arrogant and I will never do any buisness with DTM Nissan Strand ever again due to the managerThanks Ulrich job well done !

We recently moved down from Roodepoort have been blown away by the excellent service from DTM Helderberg! The owner Wayne, Warren and Wayne Jr have gone out of their way to meet our every need on my wife's Datsun and my Nissan. We will definitely keep supporting.

Excellent service from Nissan DTM Helderberg, Main Road 189, Halfway, Syrand. Shani and Warren went out of their way to help me with a vehicle that was towed due to a fabric fault. Warren attended immediately to the problem and I was surprised how fast they fixed the car. Thank you to Warren, for your outstanding service. You are a real asset to DMT Helderberg. Also to Shani. Thank you for your friendly help and support. We could have the car fixed much closer to where it broke down in Durbanville, but DTM Helderberg is well known for outstanding service. Therefore the car was brought all the way (kilometers) back to the Strand. I can recommend you any time and my Nissan will be serviced at DTM at the next 10 000 km service.
