The Durban Dog Hotel

We had Bane , our month Bulldog stay over at The Durban Dog Hotel over the long weekend. Being the longest time away from us , we had concerns of him adjusting being an only dog. None the less our hearts were put at ease when we saw how much he was enjoying being around the other dogs and how happy he looked. Staff kept us updated everyday sending us pics and were very accommodating to his and our needs.

Lily had the time of her life during her stay at the DDH. It's so comforting knowing that your fur baby is having the best time while you have to be away. The daily pictures and pupdates" gave us life. She really didn't want to leave her new Hooman and doggo friends. We will definitely be bringing Lily back whenever we can"

It was my German Shepherds first stay away. She settled very well and the staff WhatsApp’d pictures and videos of them. Highly recommend Durban Dog Hotel.Wish they were near to Durban North..Thank you

Thanks so much to you and your team, I tried to do a post on the FB page hillcrest community page, but you guys aren't members so I couldn't tag you.It's so settling and awesome to know that our fur babies were at more like a holiday camp having fun with their friends while we were away. If I could rate Durban Dog Hotel and their staff 10 out of 5, I would. Loved our babies like their own. Our babies seemed so happy being there. I feel extremely comfortable leaving them there again.

My review is based on our dogs reaction when we enter or leave the hotel. Daisy gets extremely excited the moment we park outside the gates. She cannot wait to leave the car and see her fur friends & the friendly staff . Once there she says a quick goodbye and is good to go. When we pick her up she seems sad to leave. The Durban Dog hotel is her home away from home. Being the only dog at home, I believe she enjoys the interaction with the other dogs and the fun activities. Thank you to the very accommodating staff at Durban Dog hotel for sending daily pics and communications while Daisy has fun with her pack. - Inba

Excellent Excellent. Mia stayed for 6 night's and she was spoiled and handled with care love and much more. Thanks to everybody for taking good care of Mia. Will definitely take her to durban dog hotel every time to stay. All you awrsome people their God Bless You. And thank you.

We have placed our 2 little fur babies with the DDH on 3 occasions. They have been so well cared for and spoilt to the end of the earth. The great and appreciated aspect is the DDH staff, in that there is regular updates and feedback (including photos and videos).We can go on holiday with peace of mind as we know the dogs are being cared for by passionate persons. The DDH can only be awarded 5 stars, something they duly deserve.

Our furry babies have never been away, never mind left in the care of strangers which made it difficult for us to go away for longer than a night. After meeting the team from The Dog Hotel for the first time, a Meet and Greet with our babies 2nd time around, the 3rd time was the stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and the trust was built immediately with you as the parent. The photos we received twice a day with constant feedback, made us feel relaxed and that our furry babies were in excellent hands and I will not hesitate to bring them back for their own little holiday more regular. I will not hesitate recommending The Dog Hotel, to anyone.
