Queen of Steel

I had an excellent session with Tamaryn today. She was extremely professional and courteous throughout and she executed a flawless tattoo that perfectly matched my specifications. I can recommend her and the shop to anyone considering getting any new pieces done.

First off I'd like to thank Sam my piercer and would definitely come back for her. I however had a mixed experience. I came in and had a voucher given to me for Christmas I requested a nose piercing but didn't like the actual piercing so I asked if I could have another and I would pay the balance. They asked if I had cash or card. I had a card. She then told me it was abit difficult to use a card so I brushed it off and just went with the one provided. There were people ahead of me and when they had to pay it was easy no hassle or questions asked so I found that strange why wasn't I given the oh these machines are difficult but not them. It was my turn to go get pierced and Sam was super nice and gentle. When I left the room I expected them to give information on how to clean and care for my piercing as they did with every other customer before me but nothing. I was abit confused when I walked out and had to Google care for myself. I was just strange how I felt.

Highly recommend Queen of Steel. Great experience with Faranaaz. She really allowed me to take my time, made sure I was comfortable and helped me to select jewellery to compliment my existing ear piercings (all from Queen of Steel). Best piercing studio in Cape Town - lovely, kind ladies with a beautiful selection of high quality jewellery.

I went to Queen of steal for 2 ear piercings. As a first timer it can be kinda of nerve racking when you don’t know what to expect. However, the made me feel very calm and comfortable. They helped with the selection of my earrings and even allowed my friend to join me in the room where the procedure took place. My piercings healed incredibly nicely with the help of the aftercare routine they included. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get any sort of piercing.

Well to say i was nervous getting my unmentionable piercing today would be an understatement. Had a bit of difficulty getting the piercing done just because my body is stubborn but all in all i had a wonderful experience today and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend Queen of Steel to anyone looking for a piercing or a tattoo.

Thanks to Margot, I got a quick appointment which was important because I was leaving Cape Town later that day.I can’t say enough good things about Natalie who helped me with the design, talked me through exactly what I wanted and was patient with me as we made some adjustments before she started working.She was such a pro in all aspects and she is very gentle and precise. She made it easy and her work was quick and painless. When I return to Cape Town I will be coming back.Thank you Natalie, you are awesome.

I got my naval pierced by Shelden a month ago and omw what an amazing job she has done!!, very professional and made the process feel much more enjoyable because of her friendliness, absolutely do not regret. Highly recommend!!!!

Took my daughter (12) to get her ears pierced here. She was very nervous. The lady who did the piercing was incredible. She talked her through the whole process, found things in common to talk about. Basically, made the whole process really painless and special. Thank you.
