Very disappointed with the booking system. Why have a seat booking system and then when you get on the bus everyone sits where they want? I booked a specific seat for good reason (car-sickness) and when the bus came I was told that The bus is not an airplane" and that I have to sit where there is space. Rather remove the booking system than giving people false expectations. Non the less this

Bus was completely full, amidst covid regulations. Also if you get the driver named Sisil, he will try to overcharge you so that he can put money in his own pocket. Horrible service, driver was mean and disrespectful right as we got to the bus. Would not recommend this company at all, Sisil doesn’t consider himself a part of the company “Im just the driver’....

Pathetic arrangements from the company. I bought a ticket from Somerset West to Mosselbay. The time was scheduled as 11h20 depart and 17h55 arrival. The bus was an hour late and then it went on a trip across the Western Cape. 4 hours into the journey I was no closer to home as when I boarded. Wouldn’t recommend this bus service to my worst enemy.

Only 3 stars because the bus broke down on the road, but there was absolutely no delay at all because we immediately transferred to another- within a couple of minutes - so compliments on an instant resolution to a serious problem. Staff were friendly,accommodating and very helpful. Would have been 4 or 5 stars otherwise.

My worst trip to the Garden Route ever, and I do many.Pick up was 1.45 hours late and arrived in George at 9.30pm in stead of approximately 7.20pm as advertised. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

Where do u start , the bus was late by more then 2hours , I was meant to depart at 4 o'clock but only arrived around 6:15am and there was no explanation or apology. Very bad service all-round.

My mom's used their services 16 times, and will use it again. She's 76 and the drivers make an effort to assist elderly passengers. The trips are affordable and safe, the vehicles are clean and all passengers are expected to sanitize their hands before getting on. Dankie Hannes vir hierdie waardevolle diens.
