aircon completely overhauled. works but not effective about 30% of previous performance. taken back 3 times no improvement.

Fantastic service and helpful!!

Cheap to replace an aircon compressor and condenser, but then you get what you pay for. On collection, I was heard a whining noise, and pointed this out to them, and I was told that the owner was not there, but I should drive the car for the weekend and then see if the noise went away. It did not. Came back, and had to leave my car with them again, and they added more grease. Noise was still there. Took the car to other service centres and they advised that it was probably the compressor, but they would not replace or do an in-depth test as it would void my warranty with Carite. After almost 6 months of taking the car back to Carite, I told them to remove the compressor, after they had replaced it a few times, and greased it multiple times. Went to another service centre and had a new compressor fitted, and the whine was gone. Eventually got some money back from Carite, after almost a year after paying them.

Alarm fitted. Great service and friendly people. Did go out of their way to help.
