It's a stop you have to make when in Nelspruit. Try one of Sao's (prego lady) pregos. Beef prego has been a firm favorite for over 15 years!. Amazing taste and generous portions.

The Chicken Coop have the best prego rolls I have ever tasted. I bought a beef prego roll with mild chilli sauce and salt and vinegar chips for R 60.The prego roll is big and very tasty and fresh. They also have chicken and a beef and chicken combo prego roll that is a entirely new taste experience.The prego rolls cost R 45.00. You can also buy mild chilli sauce and jalapeno sauce fo R 45.00 each that is very nice and can be added to your curry or spicy meals at home.
