One-Juice

Wow! I am so happy with One Juice. From the ease of ordering, delivery, packaging and taste of the juices, it is 10 out of 10! Would definitely order again.

i have since placed an order on the 6th of June on the 9th i received a mail stating that my order is scheduled for deliver in working 3days, still today i haven't received my order i have sent countless mail with no luck tried calling the number on their website the 064 is not going through and got another one took me through to cape town and the guys couldnt direct my call to gauteng but gave me another number to call

Terrible online experience. Still waiting for my delivery after placing an order a week ago. Spoke to two different people at the store with conflicting information. Finally was promised delivery yesterday but received nothing.

Ever experience frustration beyond belief? My gf and I each purchased a 7 day weight loss/detox bundle from One Juice on the 1st of Jan. Mine arrived on the 5th of Jan. We decided to start the detox on Monday the 9th, obviously I shared mine with her because her order would surely arrive soon. Wednesday came and nothing which meant on Thursday there would only be 1 set remaining. I decided to buy a set from Dischem, only to find no stock at 5 of the closest Dischems. I ended up driving to the One Juice store all the way from Bedfordview. I explained our situation but the woman there had no interest in resolving our problem. In fact she added that it was impossible that we ordered online because they do not have an online facility. Pretty much calling me a liar. I then asked for another 7 day set which she packed, only to find that certain items were also not in stock. She added other types to make up for the missing stock. I paid, 25% more might I add, and left. When I arrived home I found that half the items were completely wrong and that there were additional products in the box. Clearly these guys have no clue. Also was promised that the invoice would be emailed but 4 days later and nothing. We ended up driving to more dischems and eventually found the correct items to complete the 7 day course. Obviously sitting with excess unusable stock now too. The one juice store itself is really basic and unprofessional designed and built, needless to mention the incompetent staff. According to some reviews this place has been running 4 years, this means that their business is not improving, also interesting that the owners have only responded to certain reviews. O and still no delivery

Received our 3 day couples juice cleanse about a month late, then found some of the juices have expired and smell foul. Also I see the owners mostly only respond to good ratings

Great place, Great staff and wonderful products! Very accommodating and pleasant. I would appreciate more feedback and communication with regard to the actual cleanse. More than just a product we can purchase form a store/online but genuine concern about the client and their needs and if the juices are assisting.

Their customer service is exceptional! Order was incomplete and within 24 hours it was sorted. Ready and excited to begin the 7 day intermittent fasting cleanse!

Bought a bottle of Raw Cacao protein shake for my daughter at Dischem East Rand mall today. Unfortunately the product seems to be off". The batch number looks like 9406 and the best by date under the bottle is 24 March 2022
