Their service was extremely poor our production company ordered sweats and t shirts with these guyz and their turn around time was beyond poor and the quality of embroidery was terrible.

I ordered a glass frame with personalised writing but I received a plastic frame with paper typed writing and slide into it. After I waited 2 hour. Mind u i had came the day b4 and they said then can do it but not at that particular momwntrt bcoz of loadshedding. So i said i will fetch it the next day, and i was told it will be ready by 10 am.I got there by 12:00 they hadn't done it and the person i had talked to was not even working that day after reminding her very nicely in the morning and she acknowleged my msg. I was so disappointed by their service.
